Cell Phone Manners

I had a customer come into my store..on the cell phone the whole time...i had to get her info for a balloon order and she was representing a hospital here in town and i had to do a tax excempt form...in this process she told me she was only at my store in desperation and complained about my prices..still on the cell phone she is...i did do her tax excempt wrong..and she called back.. had she been off the cell phone we could have fixed the problem as it arose..and i told her that..she said i was rude and continued to put down my business..i said well i think its rude you being on the cell phone while checking out..and there is a sign in my store that says to please turn off your cell phone....I think cell phone usage is a very rude thing to do when your trying to conduct business with someone standing in front of you...she proceeded to tell me it was Her choice to be on the cell phone..i offered to take the merchandise back and give her a full refund...she said no she was going to give me the business...PEOPLE when are manners going to be first in our lives? Hang up the phone and deal with the people in front of you!!! we went millieums with out cell phones..you can go 5 mins without being on it!!!!! thank you Mngmt @ Kelleys Holiday Supplies
